Maurizio Arrivabene has told Sport Mediaset that Juventus cannot agree a loan transfer for Anthony Martial at the figures Manchester United want for the reported Newcastle target.
The Bianconeri have discussed a half-season move for the forward with the Red Devils this month. Massimiliano Allegri wants the Turin outfit to improve his attack this winter, having only scored 34 Serie A goals this season to register the 11th best offence after 22 games.
Martial, meanwhile, has struggled to make an impact under either Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or Ralf Rangnick this term. He has so far scored just once after 10 outings in all competitions.

Manchester United are open to now letting Martial leave the club on loan over the winter. But Fabrizio Romano notes they want a loan fee and ask that his wage is also paid in full.
He adds that Barcelona, Sevilla and Juventus are the three clubs most likely to sign Martial on loan. The Manchester United forward has no interest in a temporary transfer within the Premier League, so Martial has therefore rejected offers from Newcastle and Tottenham.
Martial wants to leave Old Trafford in January, given his lack of action totals a mere 359-minutes so far. He has only played 47-minutes in the Premier League since October 2, too.
Juventus chief pours cold on loan transfer for Newcastle target Martial
Newcastle likely have to buy Martial from Manchester United if they want to seal a transfer for the Juventus target. The 26-year-old has two-years left on his £250k-a-week deal at Old Trafford, signed four-years after joining from Monaco for £36m up to £58m after add-ons.

Juventus Chairman Arrivabene has also boosted Newcastle’s pursuit after pouring cold on a deal, with Manchester United demanding his wage is covered in full on top of a loan fee.
“Martial operation feasible for attack? Not at those figures,” Arrivabene said. “At certain figures, we do not talk about it.”
Yet Juventus may have to withdraw their transfer interest in the Manchester United winger entirely for Martial to consider Newcastle. TuttoMercatoWEB also report the Frenchman is ready to join the Bianconeri if they can agree terms with the Red Devils.
Sevilla also remain keen and will offer Martial a central role, which he is chasing in a World Cup year. But, like Juventus, they cannot afford to pay his wage plus a loan fee.
