Speaking to Stadium Astro’s YouTube channel, Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo has sung the praises of Adama Traore, claiming that he expects him to continue improving.

The Wolves gaffer said that there is no player in the world like Adama Traore, and we can absolutely see where he’s coming from, in that Traore’s combination of pace and power is something very few athletes in the world possess, nevermind just footballers.

“I agree with you Adama is unique, there’s no player in the world like Adama, he’s unique,” Nuno said about the Wolves winger.

“His abilities, his capacity, his talent. How is it? It’s a challenge, not only with Adama, with all the players and the young players that we have, it’s always a challenge putting a player in the middle, and saying how many things can I give to make this player better.

“It’s always the same approach with all the players, and Adama I think has improved, but I think there’s still a lot of room for improvement, a lot, a lot.”

This is great to hear if you’re a Wolves fan, but it’s a scary prospect if you’re a fan of any other Premier League club.

Traore’s improvement over the past 18 months has been remarkable as his end product has come on leaps and bounds, and the fact that Nuno thinks he can get even better is frightening.

Traore obviously has the physical attributes to be amongst the best footballers in the world, as shown by Nuno saying that there’s no player like him, and if he can bring on his technical attributes even more, Wolves could have an absolute superstar on their hands.

Of course, Traore is already a fantastic player, after all, he was courted by Liverpool this summer, but if Nuno is right and he gets even better, we could be talking about one of the Premier League’s best.
