Jurgen Klopp has revealed some Liverpool team news v Manchester United.

The Reds visit Old Trafford on Monday night in a massive Premier League contest, with both outfits going in search of their first victory this season.

Manchester United are coming off a 4-0 trouncing by Brentford but Liverpool won’t be overwhelming favourites.

After all, Klopp has quite a lot of injury worries to contend with and the German manager has revealed that the likes of Diogo Jota and Curtis Jones have ‘no chance’ of featuring.

He told the club’s official website: “Getting closer. Ask after the game again but no chance for this game.”

During the same interview, Klopp revealed that Naby Keita was available and looking ‘really good’ in training following a brief illness.

And earlier this week, Goal reported that Roberto Firmino would also be available after missing the 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace last Monday night.

That’s a massive boost for Liverpool in light of the fact that Darwin Nunez cannot feature due to suspension, following his red card against the Eagles.

Liverpool have already dropped four points in the Premier League this season, from only two outings.

By Monday, they could be seven points behind Manchester City, making their visit to Manchester United a must-win encounter.
