Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo enjoyed a dream international debut.

A number of Rangers players have been featuring for their countries over the international break, and Joe Aribo joined those ranks last night.
Glen Kamara, Borna Barisic and Steven Davis have all been in action for their countries, and Aribo was handed his Nigeria debut on Tuesday evening.
The 23-year-old was born in London but qualified to play for Nigeria, and chose to switch his international allegiance to represent the Super Eagles.
Aribo was handed a start in Tuesday’s friendly with Ukraine, and made a remarkable impact as he scored within four minutes to put Nigeria 1-0 up.
Victor Osimhen made it 2-0, but Ukraine roared back after the break, scoring quickfire goals through Oleksandr Zinchenko and Roman Yaremchuk.
Nigeria will take the 2-2 draw and move forward, and will no doubt feel they have a star midfielder in their ranks with Aribo now on board.

Rangers fans slated Aribo’s last performance, feeling he was disappointing in the 2-0 Old Firm derby defeat to Celtic, so they’ll be delighted to hear that he got back to his best with his country.
Nigeria fans took to Twitter last night to discuss Aribo’s display, believing he is the ‘complete footballer’ whilst also calling him ‘amazing’ and a ‘baller’.
Others feel Nigeria are lucky to have him, and think the number 10 shirt is now in good hands with Aribo in the side, leaving Rangers fans to hope he can take this form back into the domestic scene.
