West Ham United striker Javier Hernandez has said he could leave, which could lead to suggestions Newcastle United should sign him.
West Ham United’s Javier Hernandez may find it harder to find a new club than first expected, as his poor season at the London Stadium appears to have put many off.
Newcastle United were heavily linked with Hernandez last summer, and their supporters were disappointed when they missed out on the Mexican.

Hernandez has now suggested to the Daily Mirror that he will look to move on in the summer.
He said: “There has always been speculation as to whether I will stay or leave and I cannot guarantee anything. I have two more years of contract with West Ham, and everything will come up.”
However, Hernandez’s poor form at West Ham, since his £16 million switch, has put Newcastle fans completely off the idea of signing the striker.

Hernandez’s reputation in England was very positive from his Manchester United days, but he has endured a difficult campaign with West Ham.
The 29-year-old has scored just seven goals in 29 appearances this season, across all competitions.
And Newcastle supporters no longer wish to see Hernandez playing a St. James’ Park on a regular basis.
