All the Newcastle transfer news is centering around Anthony Gordon right now.
The 21-year-old winger looks set to quit Everton to join Eddie Howe’s side after undergoing a medical at the club this afternoon, as covered by HITC Sport.
But there’s another piece of Newcastle transfer news which could catch the eye shortly.
According to Keith Downie of Sky Sports, a certain Karl Darlow has agreed a move to the Championship.
Downie revealed on Twitter that the English goalkeeper will join Hull City on loan straight after the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final at home to Southampton.

The 32-year-old hasn’t been as involved as he would like to have been this season.
Darlow is yet to play in the Premier League during the 2022-23 campaign, firmly behind Nick Pope in the pecking order at St James’s Park.
He is, however, an excellent option and you need only ask Eden Hazard.
The former Nottingham Forest stopper enjoyed a stormer away to Chelsea a number of years ago and afterwards, Hazard labelled Darlow as ‘brilliant’ [The Chronicle].
Of course, he hasn’t really built on that and inconsistency has meant he has struggled at Newcastle in the past.
But Hull are getting themselves an excellent option between the sticks.
