Salernitana striker Boulaye Dia is reportedly attracting interest from a trio of Premier League clubs this summer.
Back in the summer, Wolves attempted to sign striker Boulaye Dia from the Serie A club but the deal fell apart with Gary O’Neil reportedly a big fan of the Salernitana striker.
However, a year on from Wolves’ interest in Dia, the Senegalese striker is still attracting interest from a host of Premier League clubs with this summer potentially the time for the forward to depart.
During his debut season in Serie A, Dia netted 16 times for the Italian side but last season the forward netted just four league goals as Salernitana were relegated.

Boulaye Dia attracting interest from Everton, Newcastle United and West Ham
Interest from Italian clubs like Lazio and Milan has reportedly never translated into any offers, leading to clubs in England now having an advantage in the situation.
Italian outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi provides an update on the situation with the two Italian giants yet to make a move for the Senegalese star but it is the Premier League where his next move could be.
The report states that in England, there is interest from West Ham United, Newcastle United, Everton and Brentford, but the likes of Girona, Villarreal and Real Betis are also interested parties.
Whilst TuttoSalernitana claims that Dia ‘dreams’ of a move to the Premier League this summer and there are reportedly a lot of takers for the 27-year-old.
Premier League sides keen on Dia
The report states that West Ham could be one of the sides keen but the Hammers recently confirmed the signing of Nicllas Fulkrug.
Newcastle are another side mentioned that could make sense as a backup for Alexander Isak, who is not departing St James’ Park this summer.
Brentford and Everton are the other sides mentioned with a move to the London club certainly making a lot of sense.
HITC had reported that Atletico Madrid were keen on Ivan Toney this summer so a replacement for the Englishman may be needed and Dia could fit that bill.
“He’s a very strong player. We imagine he will stay since no official offers have arrived,” Morgan de Sanctis, the former Roma goalkeeper, told Tuttomercatoweb.
His strength could make him the ideal replacement for Toney, if the Englishman does indeed depart the Bees this summer.
