Everton winger Andros Townsend has raved about Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison on Sky Sports Premier League (5:07pm, October 15, 2022).
Richarlison joined Tottenham from Premier League rivals Everton in the summer transfer window.
Former Tottenham winger Townsend played with the Brazil international forward at Everton, and he believes that Antonio Conte’s side have signed a gem.

Townsend said about Richarlison: “He is a player that never gives up, first and foremost.
“He chases every ball. The Everton fans loved him for it, but most importantly, he knows where the back of the net is.”
Important player for Spurs
In our view, Richarlison has been a good signing for Tottenham Hotspur and will improve in the coming years.
The 25-year-old is still quite young, and he will get better and add more facets to his game in the future.
The former Watford star has given Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte a valuable option in attack.
Now, of course, Richarlison may not start week in and week out if all the attackers are fit and available, but he can certainly make a huge impact on the team.
For Tottenham to be successful in the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League this season, in our view, Richarlison will have to be on top form throughout.
Sadly for Tottenham and Richarlison, he suffered a calf injury against Everton and could now be on the sidelines for a while.
