Everton fans have stated on Twitter that they think Yannick Bolasie and Alex Iwobi have no future at Goodison Park.
Carlo Ancelotti opted to leave the duo out of Everton’s matchday squad for their League Cup win over Salford yesterday – and fans are pretty certain they now have no future.
Given that the Toffees were playing a League Two side, and the fact that Ancelotti made wholesale changes from their win against Spurs at the weekend, the signs don’t look too good for the attacking duo.
A selection of Everton fans certainly think their time is up and the recent rumour mill isn’t exactly helping their cause either.
The Liverpool Echo previously reported that Bolasie is heading for the Goodison Park exit doors this summer, whilst the Mirror claim Alex Iwobi is one of a number of players the club are considering offloading.
In Bolasie’s case, he certainly wasn’t injured because he addressed the issue of him being left out on Twitter, which you can read here.
Whilst both Bolasie and Iwobi moved to Merseyside at different times, they have taken similar paths in regards to moving for big-money from London clubs.

They both have showcased that they have some speed and flair to their game, but no end product or footballing intelligence with or without the ball.
Added with the rumours, and Ancelotti’s decision to leave them out of yesterday’s squad, Everton fans are pretty certain on where those two now stand.
It’s now just a case of a team putting money on the table to secure their services.
