Dejan Lovren has made a cryptic post on Twitter amid speculation that his friend and former Anfield teammate Mohamed Salah has decided to sign a new contract with Liverpool.

The Mirror reported last last night that Salah is on the brink of signing a new contract with Liverpool.
The 29-year-old forward is out of contract at the Reds at the end of next season.
The report has claimed that Salah is now ready to compromise his demands of earning £500,000 per week at Liverpool and is willing to put pen to paper on a new deal.
Dejan Lovren’s cryptic tweet
Lovren posted the following tweet around the same time when The Mirror published their report about Salah about to sign a new contract.
As you can see, the tweet is quite cryptic.
Could Lovren be referring to something else, maybe the issue he has with Disney?
Now, you might be wondering why we think thatt this post could be related to Salah.
Well, aside from the tweet being published around the same time when The Mirror broke the news last night, there is also the fact that Salah and Lovren are very good friends.
Back in January 2021, Salah said on Sky Sports’ YouTube channel that he and Lovren were crying when the defender left for FC Zenit Saint Petersburg in the summer of 2022.

Salah and Lovren played for a number of years at Liverpool, and they built a strong bond with each other and have kept in touch since.
