NFL Network reporter Mike Garafolo reported that McDaniel opted not to proceed with another meeting.

“Mike McDaniel nixed a second interview, this time with the Bills, after withdrawing from the Browns’ search. Could conceivably still meet with Buffalo, but nothing on the schedule as of now,” he wrote on X.

The update confirmed that while McDaniel has not formally closed the door on Buffalo, there is currently no meeting planned. The decision comes at a crucial stage of the Bills’ search as they look to move quickly ahead of offseason preparations.
