Michael Owen has shared that he has been told about how Mohamed Salah ‘lives in the gym’ and how super-strong the Liverpool forward is.
The former England striker also added that Salah once asked himself for tips, as the Egypt forward continues to break records in the colours of Liverpool.
At the age of 30, Salah is already Liverpool’s top-scorer in the Premier League, and with many years left, he is only going to smash that record – he is currently on 129 PL goals, surpassing Robbie Fowler during the 7-0 win over Manchester United.

From that solo goal against Manchester City to his hat trick at Old Trafford, there have been many memorable moments from the all-action forward during his time on Merseyside.
It will be interesting to see if the player himself can hit 200+ Premier League goals because, whilst many talk about a certain Harry Kane, the former Chelsea man shouldn’t be forgotten also.
Nonetheless, Michael Owen was full of praise when talking about the strength and power of Salah, as he told Premier League Productions (11/03/23 at 12:00 pm).
“The strength of Salah,” said Owen. “When I spoke to him last. He was constantly asking me ‘what did I do in the gym?’
“When you talk to players. They all say ‘he literally lives in the gym’. He works so hard on his strength. People just bounce off him. He is that strong.”

SALAH ONE OF THE GREATS OF LIVERPOOL
He has won every trophy possible at Liverpool, and when he hangs up his boots, he will be remembered for a long time by the Anfield faithful.
But there is a long way to go for that to happen, so can Salah and the Reds go again?
Come the summer, it’s expected that Jurgen Klopp will refresh the squad from top to bottom in the hope that the new-look Liverpool can add more titles and trophies to their names.
