Micah Parsons revisited his Super Bowl LX criticism during the game as the Seattle Seahawks held a decisive lead over the New England Patriots with less than four minutes remaining.
Parsons’ post came as the Seahawks held a substantial lead, during a game in which the offense was slow until the fourth quarter.
At that point, the Patriots had not managed their first touchdown, which came late in the fourth quarter while the Seahawks dominated earlier scoring.

Parsons comments amid late Super Bowl scoreboard
Parsons posted on X during the contest, writing, “And yet people were upset with my Super Bowl take…,” as the Seahawks had all but secured victory.
The Seahawks built their advantage early with field goals before finding the end zone, while the Patriots trailed throughout.
Seattle opened the scoring with a series of field goals to take a 12-0 lead, then extended the margin to 19-0.
The Patriots finally scored a touchdown to make it 19-7, but Seattle responded with another field goal.
Game flow supports Parsons’ earlier Super Bowl take
Later in the quarter, a Seahawks interception return for a touchdown increased the lead and effectively put the game out of reach.
The Patriots clawed back with another touchdown to make it 29-13, but failed to convert the two-point play with just over two minutes left in the game.
Parsons had previously questioned the Super Bowl matchup, a view that appeared reinforced by Seattle’s performance.
The Packers star did not elaborate beyond his X post during the game. The Seahawks continue to control the closing minutes as the Patriots attempt a late rally.
