Tottenham’s reported transfer target Malcom says PSG is his dream move, but could that open up the chance of a swoop for Julian Draxler?

Tottenham look to have been dealt a blow in their rumoured transfer pursuit of Bordeaux forward Malcom, as he confirms joining Paris Saint-Germain is his ‘dream’ move.
The Brazilian is considered one of the most exciting prospects playing in Europe’s big five leagues right now, and was linked with Spurs and other Premier League clubs during the January transfer window.
However, football.london now report that Tottenham look up against it to get a deal done for Malcom, after he strongly hinted at interest in a move to PSG.
“It’s the dream, they are big clubs, who will always play at the top level, play the Champions League, which will be champions in their league,” Malcom told RMC Sport when asked about PSG.
“I know there were conversations with PSG, PSG is a big club.”
This could, however, present Tottenham with a real opportunity in the transfer market, as Malcom’s arrival at the Parc des Princes would surely spell the end for Julian Draxler at the club.

The Germany international has been linked with English teams on numerous occasions in the past and has already struggled to play as regularly for Unai Emery’s side this season, following the signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in the summer.
Still, Draxler is a big talent who could add a great deal to this Tottenham side if they’re in the hunt for attacking players like Malcom.
