Celtic have already bid farewell to Jeremie Frimpong and others could follow

Could be preparing for as many as five players to leave.
That’s the view of Ally McCoist, who has looked on this season as Celtic have almost certainly thrown away their 10-in-a-row chances.
Peter Lawwell has confirmed that he will leave his role as chief executive this summer, to be replaced by Scottish Rugby COO Dominic McKay.
Rangers legend McCoist believes the new man has a significant job in hand, and believes as many as five players could follow Jeremie Frimpong out of the door.

Odsonne Edouard, who has been valued at £35m by the Daily Star, has repeatedly been linked with a move away from the club.
The likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and Juventus have all been mentioned in connection with the Frenchman, while Kris Ajer and Ryan Christie have also been the subjects of speculation.
Speaking on talkSPORT, McCoist said: “Where are they going, where are Celtic going?
“Peter Lawwell is retiring and that position has been taken by the COO of Scottish Rugby.

“So we know the change there, but nobody is really speaking about (Neil) Lennon bringing players in because where I’m sitting it’s going to be massive for Celtic.
“Frimpong’s away and there will be another three, four, potentially five that will follow him.
“Who is going to bring these players in? Is there going to be a new manager, is Lennon going to stay?
“i think there has been automatic, and perhaps wrong, opinion that Lennon will move. Do we know?
“With the greatest respect to Dominic McKay, who is clearly excellent and has been excellent at his job with the SRU, he is coming into a completely different entity with his job at Celtic. He’ll have to hit the ground running.

“His first job will be having to provide the manager, whoever that may be, with a playing staff that can compete to get the title back off Rangers who look winners this years.
“It’s an unbelievable job that Dominic McKay is going to have and I’m not sure he’s got the experience right now to come and in and handle it.
“He will really need Peter Lawwell and Dermot Desmond at his side.”
