Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to react after Heung-min Son was spotted in South Korea with his Premier League Golden Boot, following a stunning season with Tottenham.
What’s the story?
Well, the £192,000-a-week Tottenham man has now jetted off for international duty with South Korea, where he was greeted at the airport by hundreds of supporters.
Son packed his Golden Boot with him, and showed no hesitation in getting it out on display to his many fans, who gathered to welcome him back to South Korea.

Clearly, the Tottenham No.7 is a popular man. In truth, he’s arguably the biggest name in South Korea at the moment.
In 35 Premier League appearances this season, Son scored 23 goals, while also providing nine assists for his teammates.
To record 32 goal involvements in just 35 outings is a special return, and in the end, the only downside was that Son had to share his Golden Boot with Mohamed Salah, who also scored 23 Premier League goals.
Tottenham have an unsung hero in Heung-min Son
In our view, Son is very, very underrated.
The 28-year-old was just five assists away from also winning the Playmaker of the Season award, which shows that, not only is he an elite goalscorer, but he can also create things for others.
It baffles us that the likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain haven’t made serious bids for Son in the past.
Even Gary Neville believes Son gets left in the shadows sometimes.
He is undoubtedly among the top ten players on the planet, and in many ways, it is difficult to believe he’s still at Tottenham – with all due respect.
After years of consistent goalscoring, it is nice to see Son finally take home a Golden Boot – hopefully, there is more to come from the £22m man.
