The international break is slowly coming to an end and you can now feel the build-up to Tottenham’s showdown against Arsenal on Sunday.
Spurs fans don’t like to hear it too much, but they were beaten in their backyard compressively by their north London rivals last season, despite those late surge of goals.
You just don’t know what you are going to get with this fixture, as there could be several firsts for either Tottenham or Arsenal.
Dominic Solanke could return from injury and he will be looking to score his first goal for the club, whilst Raheem Sterling could make his debut for Arsenal.
Martin Keown stated that he ‘likes what Spurs are doing’ ahead of the game, with Ange Postecoglou’s side picking up four points from their first three Premier League matches.
Tottenham were beaten by Newcastle before the international break, as the Europa League side head into this match under a bit of pressure.
Despite that, Keown spoke in a positive manner about his rivals and questioned Solanke ahead of the game.
The former Arsenal defender questioned if this is now a ‘springboard’ for Tottenham’s club-record transfer to start his career proper.
But Keown feels the man who will be the ‘difference’ during the game is captain Son Heung-min, as he told talkSPORT.
Son Heung-min against Arsenal
“I like what Spurs are doing,” said Keown. “I like the way they play. I like the unity in the stadium. I like the togetherness.
“Son is the player that might be the difference,” added Keown about the £22 million. “Kulusevski. They are looking at Solanke now coming in. He has been injured. He has been out. Maybe he has had a good period for him. This is maybe a springboard for the start of his career at Spurs proper. He hasn’t hit the ground running yet, but he has had an injury.
“There is Bissouma in there. Maddison. Sarr. They have got decent players. I like their fullbacks (Porro and Udogie). I like the way that they play. Both of their fullbacks pushing up.”

Martin Odegaard injured
The topic that will be stealing the headlines leading up to the game is Martin Odegaard’s injury.
Arsenal are already without Declan Rice, after he was sent off during his side’s draw against Brighton before the international break.

And if they are without Odegaard, who seems to have injured his ankle with Norway, then Spurs should have no excuses about winning.
Tottenham fans are hoping Micky van de Ven will be back after he missed the last game and Solanke returns after he got injured on debut.
If that’s the case, then you sense that it is advantage Tottenham.
