Mark Wahlberg spoke confidently about Drake Maye’s rapid rise with the Patriots. TMZ Sports reported Wahlberg’s comments regarding New England’s Super Bowl hopes.

“Okay, but he went to the Super Bowl in his [Drake Maye] second season. That’s pretty good,” Wahlberg said.

He added: “They got beat by a better team, and I think the only thing they could’ve done is play a little more free, but injuries and all those things, but you know, go out there and have fun.

“Do it like you used to do it in the park.”

Wahlberg acknowledged the Patriots fell short on the biggest stage but framed the defeat as part of the learning curve for a young quarterback. Maye guiding the team to a Super Bowl in just his second season has already raised expectations around Foxborough.

Mark Wahlberg predicts New England Patriots dynasty revival

The actor did not stop at praising Maye’s progress.

“100% We’re gonna be back next year. You know what it is. The dynasty again!” Wahlberg stated.

That declaration reflects the belief among some fans that New England’s rebuilding phase could be short-lived.

With Maye under center and a roster expected to strengthen in the offseason, optimism is growing that the Patriots can reestablish themselves as contenders in Super Bowl 61.

Whether the dynasty label is premature remains to be seen, but Wahlberg’s confidence signals that belief around the franchise is steadily building once again.
