But there is not such good news for the pair’s Leeds United colleague, Gaetano Berardi.

Pontus Jansson and Kemar Roofe are available for Leeds United’s visit of Nottingham Forest on Saturday, despite the birth and impending birth of their children.
Jansson’s daughter, Bella, arrived at the start of this week, while Roofe’s partner is due to deliver in the coming days.
But speaking via the Yorkshire Evening Post on Friday, the Leeds manager, Marcelo Bielsa, revealed that neither player’s situation will affect their participation against Forest.
“Yes, they will be available,” the Argentine said.
Jansson’s availability, having been suspended for Wednesday night’s visit of Ipswich Town, is a timely boost for Leeds, who have since lost Gaetano Berardi to an injury which, according to Bielsa, is “not a simple one”.

“You have sometimes injuries provoked by external pressure, a hyper extension,” he said. “He (Berardi) received an external pressure on the corner and he had to extend his muscle more than he could bare it.”
But Barry Douglas is due to sit out the final game of his own injury absence, having been pencilled in to play for the Leeds Under-23s on Monday, after which he “will be available”, according to Bielsa.
Meanwhile, Bielsa has suggested that Ezgjan Alioski will revert to his regular role on the left of midfield, having filled in at wing-back on Wednesday.

Discussing Alioski and Jack Harrison, the 63-year-old said: “I don’t think I will put the same players in the same positions, at least not tomorrow.
“I haven’t take my decision yet but probably Gjanni Alioski will play as a winger.”
