Rio Ferdinand has said on his YouTube channel that Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho would flourish at Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool or Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

The BT Sports pundit made the comments about Sancho following Manchester United’s defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday evening.

The England international winger did not have a good game, and former United  defender Ferdinand believes that he would do much better in a flying team such as Liverpool or Manchester City.

Manchester United lost 1-0 to Wolves at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Monday evening.

Ferdinand said on his YouTube channel: “If he goes to a Liverpool or if he goes to a Man City, a team that is confident, full of running and full of fire, I think you would see a different Jadon Sancho.”
