Should Tottenham act quickly to sign Ajax starlet Justin Kluivert?

Justin Kluivert, son of Patrick Kluivert, is making great progress with Ajax, and therefore the interest in him from big Premier League clubs does not come as a surprise.
Jose Mourinho has been tracking the 18-year-old’s progress, and the Portuguese is keen to sign the prolific winger.

The report from The Mirror claims that United that United are in agreement over a fee of £10 million with other add-ons to sign the exciting Dutch forward.
Should Spurs act quickly?
According to a report from Sky Sports, Tottenham have maintained interest in Kluivert. The highly rated left-winger has scored five goals in the Eredivise this season and could dramatically improve Tottenham’s attacking options.
Moreover, Spurs have a good relationship with the Dutch club, having signed Davinson Sanchez from Ajax by spending £42 million in the summer.

Kluivert is reportedly not interested in moving to United at this stage of his career. However, Ajax would be helpless in preventing him from leaving should United put a tempting offer on the table.
Should Spurs act quickly and arrange a deal for him? Mauricio Pochettino loves to work with young talents, and Kluivert could be an exciting signing.
