The Times reported last weekend that Leeds United have approached Massimiliano Allegri to potentially replace Marcelo Bielsa, but according to 90min now, the Italian is actually interested in the Tottenham Hotspur managerial role.
According to the report in The Times, with Bielsa out of contract at Leeds at the end of the season and yet to sign a new deal, the club’s chairman Andrea Radrizzani is looking at potential alternatives.
The report claimed that the Italian tactician has been approached, and that the former Juventus and AC Milan boss is interested in managing in the Premier League.
90min has now claimed that agents close to Allegri have ‘intimated interest’ in becoming the new head coach of Tottenham.
Spurs are reportedly looking at potential replacements for Mourinho, and Allegri is interested in taking charge of the North London club.

Blow for Leeds United?
Leeds are a massive club, but this is their first season back in the Premier League since 2004.
Tottenham, who can still finish in the Premier League top four, have a good team who could challenge for the league title soon with a few good additions to the squad, or at least get back to playing in the Champions League on a regular basis.
Allegri is used to working with world-class players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and featuring in the Champions League, and the prospect of working at an ambitious London club could be more appealing to him than managing a Leeds team who may not challenge for the European places next season.
