Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are also claimed to want the Italy international attacker.

Aurelio De Laurentiis comments
Napoli president De Laurentiis has suggested that if Insigne, who can play as a forward and as a winger, wants to leave, then the star is free to do so.
Gonfialarete quotes De Laurentiis as saying, as translated by Football Italia: “Insigne is a product of the academy and future depends on him. If he is tired of Napoli and wants to go around Europe, it’s his choice, not ours.”
Encouraging for Arsenal
Laurentiis’s comments suggest that Napoli will not stand in the way of Insigne if he wants to leave.
Yes, the Serie A club will want a decent transfer fee, but with just one year left on his current contract, the 30-year-old will not be too expensive.
Arsenal could well get to sign the attacker if they make a good offer for him.
Insigne has been on the books of Napoli his entire professional club football career so far and is one of the better attacking players in Serie A.
The Italian is a right-footed winger, but he is often deployed on the left.
The Napoli star can play in a more central attacking role as well, and he would make Arsenal more potent in attack.
