Lord Sugar has claimed on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is to blame for the defeat to Manchester City.
Tottenham suffered a 3-0 loss at the hands of City away from home at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.
French goalkeeper Lloris did not have a particularly good game, as he should have done better for City’s second goal and did not look very comfortable under pressure.
Former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar believes that Lloris is to blame for the loss.
Harsh on Hugo Lloris?
Lloris did not look great between the posts, and perhaps he could have done better for City’s third goal as well.
However, it is hard to blame the Frenchman for the defeat that Spurs suffered against City.

The Citizens were the better team, and while Tottenham head coach Jose Mourinho has been criticised for his defensive approach to games, on Saturday evening, there was nothing much that he could do against the best team in the Premier League this season who are likely to win the title.
Despite the loss, Spurs are still very much in the race for the Champions League places in the league table.
