Is reported Liverpool target Memphis Depay leaving Lyon?

According to Mercato365, Liverpool have scouted the Lyon winger on a number of occasions this season, most recently a couple of weeks ago.
Depay is a well-known figure among Premier League fans following his disappointing spell at Manchester United.
But he has rebuilt his career in Ligue 1 and now looks set to leave, with Manchester Evening News reporting on Friday that Lyon have placed him up for sale.
With that in mind, his recent social media activity is interesting.
The 25-year-old, a player who Liverpool could really do with after Xherdan Shaqiri’s up-and-down form, posted an Instagram photo of himself boarding a plane in France, along with the caption ‘Merci Lyon’.
In addition to that, the Netherlands international was wearing a blood-red suit.
Saying thank you to your club – or city – and then boarding a plane is bound to get people talking, especially within 24 hours of a report claiming that you could leave.
But the suit is probably a far bigger indication of his suspect fashion sense than it is a sign that he’s bound for Anfield.
