Some Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Ibrahima Konate against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in London.

Konate was in action for Liverpool in the Premier League game against Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

The match ended in a 2-2 draw.

Liverpool were not particularly great defensively, and Virgil van Dijk was far from his best.

However, Konate did well at the back for Jurgen Klopp’s side and had a good game on a personal level.

Donate took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 76.1%, won three headers, took 57 touches, attempted one dribble, and made one tackle, one interception and six clearances.

As you can see from the tweets below, Liverpool fans were impressed by Konate’s performance against Chelsea.

Well, some of them.

The draw with Chelsea is a disappointment for Liverpool, who will have been determined to win to keep pace with Premier League leaders Manchester City.

While Liverpool were brilliant in attack in the first half, Chelsea were more organised at the back in the second period.

Konate will have much better games than the one against Chelsea, but against a strong Thomas Tuchel lineup, he should be pleased with how he did.
