Glenn Murray says Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Evan Ferguson could leave Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer.
The Brighton legend warned Evan Ferguson that moving to any of the big boys, at this stage of his career, would be a ‘really bad move’.
The 18-year-old has four Premier League goals to his name and he is enjoying a breakthrough campaign in England’s top league.

Not only is he shining bright, but so are his Brighton side that’s pushing for Champions League football.
Glenn Murray explained why Ferguson needs to stay put at the Amex Stadium, even though he admitted that he could head for the exit door, as he told Premier League Productions (17/04/23 at 2:35 pm).
“He is only a baby, 18-years-old,” said Murray. “It’s incredible what Brighton are doing.
“For Evan, his physicality. His understanding of the game. Similar attributes to what we talk about Haaland, but of course, much younger.
“I think it’s imperative. He stays at the football club, for his own development. Without doubt, he could go in the summer. I am sure there will be people knocking on the door.
“But I think that would be a really bad move for him. At Brighton, he is going to play week in and week out. The team is going to play to his strengths.”

‘LIKE HAALAND’
That’s big praise from Glenn Murray to compare the Republic of Ireland international to world football’s most devastating striker – he has also been compared to Harry Kane amid Tottenham’s reported interest.
Records left, right and centre are being well and truly destroyed by Erling Haaland.
From 40 games in all competitions, he has 47 goals to his name, including 32 from 28 Premier League matches.
