Harry Maguire and Bukayo Saka praised Liverpool transfer target Jude Bellingham for his England display, as the Manchester United and Arsenal duo posted on the midfielder’s Instagram account.

England recorded a 3-3 draw against Germany at Wembley on Monday night, with the Borussia Dortmund superstar picking up the Man of the Match award.

After the game, Bellingham shared that it is ‘always an honour’ to don the colours of his country, as Manchester United captain, Harry Maguire posted in the comments section of his IG post, ‘well played, mate’, whilst Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka simply wrote ‘levels’.

WHO WILL SIGN BELLINGHAM?

At the age of 19, Bellingham looks more than at home in the colours of his country and there is no reason why Gareth Southgate shouldn’t start him in Qatar for the 2022 World Cup.

Perhaps only Wayne Rooney and Michael Owen could claim to be the last set of teenagers to have such an impact on their country because Bellingham is doing just that.

The all-action midfielder, against familiar opponents, dominated the middle of the park and proved why so many teams are desperate to sign him next summer.

Dortmund have previously shown, with the sales of Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland, that if the price is right, then they are willing to part ways with their star players.

Well, come next summer, it might just be Bellingham’s time, but who will be able to secure his talents?

Liverpool are a team that have been long-admirers of the Birmingham-born player, but if the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Manchester United also come knocking, then will those on Merseyside be up for the financial fight? Because it will be some serious, serious tussle.

Jack Grealish is the most expensive British transfer at £100 million and it wouldn’t be a surprise if another Brummie kid is smashing that record.
