Leeds United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Lewis Grabban for Aston Villa.

Grabban featured for Villa in the Championship game against Leeds at Villa Park on Friday evening.

The 30-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, scored the only goal of the match in the 29th minute, as Steve Bruce’s side won 1-0.

The former Crystal Palace man joined Villa on loan from Premier League club Bournemouth in the summer transfer window.

Grabban has scored five goals and provided one assist in eight Championship starts for the Villans since his loan move from the Cherries.

In the first half of the season, the former Millwall man scored 12 goals in 18 Championship starts for Sunderland during his loan spells.

Leeds fans wanted the club to sign Grabban on loan from Bournemouth in January, as reported on HITC Sport, and they were not pleased to see him score the winning goal against them for Villa on Friday evening.
