The 32-year-old is linked with a move away from Leeds United.
According to Israeli news outlet Ynet, Leeds United playmaker Pablo Hernandez is on the radar of Maccabi Tel Aviv this summer.
The 32-year-old has only had one season at Elland Road following his high-profile arrival last summer but, if rumours are to be believed, it could also be his last.
But letting him go would represent a big risk by Leeds head coach Thomas Christiansen.

Christiansen and Director of Football Victor Orta have been busy this week following the arrivals of Caleb Ekuban and Samu Saiz, while Ezgjan Alioski is set to undergo a medical with the Yorkshire club, according to RSI Sport.
Ekuban is a striker but he can and probably will end up on a wing, by virtue of Chris Wood’s quality up front. Saiz is a playmaker, and Alioski a winger.
With that in mind, you could see why the Dane might be willing to let Hernandez leave Leeds. He has bolstered his ranks with a number of attacking quantities.
There’s just one problem: none of them are have ever kicked a ball in England before and the Championship can be an unforgiving division for a lot of foreign imports.
Hernandez, a Spain international, scored six times and set up eight goals in the Championship last season. They aren’t brilliant statistics, but there is every chance he could kick on next season.
He has those game-changing qualities which any team needs in the final third. He makes things happen and, until Ekuban, Saiz or Alioski prove otherwise, he is far and away the best creative talent that Leeds have.
They would be mad to let him go without knowing how the other three adapt to English football, but it remains to be seen what course of action Christiansen takes.
