Leeds United have brought in Jesse Marsch as their new manager whilst adding Cameron Toshack as his assistant in an intriguing move.
Marcelo Bielsa’s time as Leeds manager came to an end on Sunday, with Leeds taking the difficult decision to bring his reign an end.
With one point taken from the last six Premier League games, Leeds have decided they need something new in the dugout.
Leeds wasted no time in finding a replacement, bringing in American coach Marsch as their new boss.
Welsh coach Cameron Toshack has joined Marsch at Elland Road and will serve as his assistant manager.
Toshack previously served as a youth and development coach at Swansea City, working closely with Daniel James during his time at the Liberty Stadium.
Toshack did also have a stint in charge of Pafos FC but now returns to the Premier League with Leeds.
This looks to be an interesting move, with Toshack highly-regarded as a coach and having a small stint as a manager under his belt.
James will surely be buzzing with the news, and Toshack forms an exciting partnership with Marsch, with both considered to be exciting coaches.
Whilst Marsch’s move has been attracting most of the attention, the move to bring in Toshack has sparked conversation too.

Former FA Managing Director Adrian Bevington, who is now a director of football strategy at CRED Investments, has now commented on the deal.
Bevington claims Marsch and Toshack already know each other very well and that’s why this move to Leeds has happened.
Bevington added that they share the same philosophy on football, branding Toshack ‘intelligent’ and ‘forward thinking’.
That’s all exciting stuff for Leeds, who will hope the pair have a long and prosperous time together in West Yorkshire.
