Leeds United fans are taunting Derby County hitman Martyn Waghorn on Twitter.
Waghorn had a 21-minute cameo at Wembley yesterday as the Rams’ Premier League dream was dashed by Aston Villa in the Championship playoff final.
There has been bad blood between Leeds and Derby since January, following the Spygate saga.
The bitter feud was exacerbated by County beating Marcelo Bielsa’s side in the playoff semi-final, despite United leading 1-0 after the first leg.
Waghorn mocked a Leeds fan after Derby’s 4-2 win at Elland Road earlier this month, and some supporters of the West Yorkshire club have got their own back after the English striker posted a message on Twitter yesterday.
