Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Adam Forshaw against Brentford at Elland Road.

Adam Forshaw plays for Leeds

Forshaw was in action for Leeds in the Premier League game against Brentford on Sunday.

The 30-year-old started in the middle of the park in a 3-4-3 formation.

And he was quite good.

Forshaw was a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the park, imposed himself on the game, and helped both defensively and in attack.

Forshaw played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 81.6%, won two headers, took 56 touches, made two tackles and two clearances, and put in one cross.

There was one bad moment for the Leeds midfielder, though, when he was involved in a mix-up with Junior Firpo that coast Marcelo Bielsa’s side a goal.

The match ended 2-2.

Well, some of them anyway.

The former Middlesbrough midfielder is now starting games regularly for Leeds, having finally recovered from long-term injury problems.

Forshaw is a very intelligent and hard-working footballer who plays with class and finesse.
