Celtic star Kyogo Furuhashi has taken to Instagram to make it clear that he is ready to face Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Rangers at Ibrox.
Rangers will take on Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
Furuhashi, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, has not played since Boxing Day when he suffered a muscle problem, as reported by The Scottish Sun.
In the build-up to the Old Firm derby this weekend, Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou did say that Furuhashi is in contention to play.
And now the £4.5 million Japan international (The Daily Record) himself has posted on Instagram that he is ready to take on Rangers at Ibrox.

Kyogo Furuhashi on Celtic v Rangers
Boost
In our opinion, Kyogo Furuhashi’s return from injury will be a boost for Celtic in their quest to win the Old Firm derby against Rangers.
Now, we do not think that Kyogo will start for Celtic against Rangers.
It is very likely that the 27-year-old will be on the bench initially.
However, having a player of Kyogo’s quality as an option to bring on will be welcomed by Postecoglou.
The Celtic no. 8 has scored eight goals in 12 Scottish Premiership starts, scored two goals and gave two assists in four Europa League starts, and scored three goals in three Scottish League Cup ties this season.
