Joe Willock has told Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka to ‘keep shining’ on his Instagram story after Newcastle United recorded a goalless draw at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Newcastle United midfielder, who came through the Hale-End academy alongside Saka, started yesterday’s game against his former club.
It was a top-of-the-table clash between Mikel Arteta and Eddie Howe’s side given their strong start to the season, so this match was a serious test to see where they were at.

Given that nobody has picked up any points in north London this season, then it was always going to be difficult for the Premier League’s third-placed side.
Saka was causing Dan Burn problems early on, with the versatile Newcastle defender unable to deal with the England star’s speed, athleticism and direct nature.
But, for most parts, in open play, the current Premier League leaders were only restricted to one clear-cut chance when Eddie Nketiah saw his point-blank range effort saved by Nick Pope.

SAKA ONE OF ARSENAL’S MOST IMPORTANT PLAYERS
The £70k-a-week Arsenal star (Spotrac) hit double figures in the Premier League last season – 11 goals and seven assists – and there is every chance he produces his best number during this potentially legendary campaign.
Saka has six goals and six assists with 21 games of the season left, and if he can add a Premier League medal to those figures, then he will go down as an instant club legend.
He will head down that road one day anyway given that he has come through the club’s ranks and played a big part in the positive turnaround during these past few years.
