Justin Gaethje picked up two more post-fight bonuses on Sunday night, adding to an already impressive tally.
Gaethje took out Ilia Topuria to unify the lightweight belts, bringing an end to Topuria’s unbeaten streak in a result few saw coming.
By the close of the first round, it was clear both fighters had put in a performance worthy of White House recognition. The event itself marked a historic milestone as the UFC held its 400th fight card within those walls.
UFC President Dana White revealed the bonus winners for UFC Freedom 250 right at the start of his post-fight press conference.

Justin Gaethje racks up two more bonuses at the White House to set a new UFC lightweight record
Justin Gaethje walked away with both Fight of the Night and Performance of the Night honours, earning him around $825,000 in bonuses according to White.
That night saw Gaethje move past Charles Oliveira on the all-time list after coming in tied for first. He now leads that category outright.
Gaethje is now third all-time across all weight classes, behind only Charles Oliveira (21) and Donald Cerrone (18).
The other Performance of the Night went to Ciryl Gane for his win over Alex Pereira in the co-main event.
The $25,000 finish bonus, which was introduced earlier this year, was also applied at this event, as White mentioned during his media availability.
And since every fight on the card ended in a finish, all seven winners received an additional bump to their earnings.
