Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford says ex-Tottenham Hotspur star and Manchester City right-back, Kyle Walker, is his toughest opponent.
The 25-year-old made his Manchester United debut in 2015 when Kyle Walker was still showcasing his talents in Mauricio Pochettino’s ever-progressing Tottenham Hotspur team.
That road then led the right-back to leave Spurs in 2017 and join Marcus Rashford’s bitter rivals across the road and the Manchester United star has shared that his England teammate is ‘just unbelievable’, as he told The Overlap.
Even at the age of 33, the Sheffield United academy product is showcasing to the world that he can come up against the best of the best and still deliver.
At the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, as England were humbled by France, from an individual aspect, Walker did a very good job against Kylian Mbappe.
That continued during Manchester City’s Treble-winning season, including his battles against Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr, as Rashford lauded Walker as a player.

“I would probably say Kyle Walker,” said Rashford. “His physical capabilities are just unbelievable, so it’s always going to be a tough day.
“You always have to try and catch him off guard or in the wrong positions. But, even then, he can recover. It’s always a difficult game when playing him.”

Walker to re-unite with Harry Kane at Bayern?
After winning the Treble, a number of Man City stars have left the building and it seems as though Walker could join them.
Whilst there is also talk of Harry Kane possibly leaving Tottenham for Bayern Munich, it seems as though he could re-unite with his former Spurs teammate in Bavaria.
Walker has all the medals to show off on the domestic stage, and if he does play with Kane at Bayern, then he will be eager to help his old mate win some much-needed silverware.
