Charles Watts has claimed on his YouTube channel that Leicester City are leading the race for Odsonne Edouard, not Arsenal.
The well-known and well-respected journalist, who now works as the Arsenal correspondent for Goal.com, has said that Leicester are the frontrunners for the Celtic striker.
Watts has said that Arsenal are also interested in the former Paris Saint-Germain striker, having previously reported the Gunners’ desire to secure the services of the youngster as well.
Journalist Ian McGarry said on the Transfer Window Podcast last week that Arsenal, as well as Liverpool, are chasing the 23-year-old, as covered by HITC Sport.
Watts said about Edouard on his YouTube channel: “From what I am hearing suggests that Leicester are the frontrunners for that one.”

Leicester City or Arsenal?
Arsenal are a massive club and are a global brand, but Edouard worked with Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers at Celtic.
The Foxes could end up in the Champions League next season, and that would be attractive to the 23-year-old as well.
With Celtic looking for £20 million as transfer fee for Edouard, as reported by Eurosport, it remains to be seen if Leicester or Arsenal are willing to pay it.
According to WhoScored, Edouard has scored 16 goals and provided three assists in 26 Scottish Premiership matches for Celtic so far this season.
