Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has applauded Nathaniel Phillips on Instagram after the central defender helped Bournemouth win automatic promotion to the Premier League.
Phillips joined Bournemouth on loan from Liverpool in the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old central defender is scheduled to return to the Reds at the end of the season.
Phillips has made 16 appearances in the Championship for the Cherries this season.
Bournemouth got the better of Nottingham Forest 1-0 at home on Tuesday evening to win promotion back to the Premier League.
Phillips has taken to Instagram to revel in that success, and Anfield midfielder Henderson has praised him, as you can see below.

Liverpool star Jordan Henderson praises Nathaniel Phillips
In our opinion, Phillips does not have a long-term future at Liverpool.
The 25-year-old Englishman got his chance at Liverpool mainly due to injuries, and we do not think that he will play for the Reds again.
Phillips’s current contract at the Merseyside club is until 2025, but we think that it is very likely that the Premier League giants will sell him in the summer transfer window.
It would make sense for Phillips to make his loan deal at Bournemouth permanent in the summer of 2022.
