Jake Paul may have made a significant misstep while negotiating the terms of his next fight.

He is due to take on Anthony Joshua in Miami, Florida, on December 19.

To level the playing field, Paul has placed a weight restriction on ‘AJ’.

He cannot exceed 245 lbs the day before the fight, but there is no rehydration clause, so he could weigh significantly more by the time they enter the ring.

Joe Rogan believes ‘The Problem Child’ may have made a tactical error by imposing a weight limit on Joshua.

The UFC commentator argues that the restriction could actually benefit ‘AJ’, pushing him to enter the bout in top condition.

Consequently, Paul will face an even more dangerous opponent in Joshua than he would have otherwise.

“Listen, kids, it ain’t gonna matter.

“There’s not a chance that Anthony Joshua is not going to just lose the weight beforehand.

“He’s not gonna come in drained. What he’s going to do is just do extra cardio, and that’s just gonna make him more dangerous.

“He’s gonna be terrifying,” Rogan stated.

Joe Rogan’s warning to Jake Paul

In his initial response to the Netflix fight, Rogan cautioned Paul, suggesting he has ‘angered’ Joshua.

“That right hand, if it hits you, you are f—-!” the podcaster said.

“This is a giant, Olympic gold medalist heavyweight…one-punch nuclear power.

“He’s a specialist at putting knuckles through your f—- brain, and that’s what he’s gonna try to do to Jake Paul.”
