Joe Cole is impressed with West Ham’s transfer activity this summer.
There is an air of positivity, and expectations are high around the London Stadium after West Ham made some quality moves in the transfer market.
The Hammers have already completed deals for Joe Hart, Pablo Zabaleta, and Marko Arnautovic, and the move for Javier Hernandez should be completed this week.
In fact, the Mexican has landed in the UK on Monday to complete his West Ham medical ahead of the move.

Former West Ham player, Joe Cole, who is currently playing for Tampa Bay Rowdies in the United Soccer League, says that the Hammers have made some terrific signings this summer.
The former Chelsea player believes that West Ham are “on the cusp of” moving to the next level following their move to the London stadium.
When asked whether West Ham can break into the top seven, he replied “without a doubt.”
West Ham have a good attacking set up and Slaven Bilic’s side should look to play attacking football at home next season. Surely, they have the squad depth and potential to finish within the top seven in the Premier League.
“Without a doubt,” said Cole to Talksport. “Out of all the clubs, who are under it, West Ham are the best equipped, with them having the new stadium and the financial power to attract players.
“Stoke are probably a similar quality team but Arnautovic wants to leave them to go to West Ham because of the location and the size of the club, and that’s a massive thing.”
