Well, Rangers have confirmed that their upcoming Champions League encounter against Napoli will take place on Wednesday.
Originally Ibrox was meant to host the Gers’ visit of their Italian counterparts on Tuesday.
However, Sky Sports reported this afternoon that the fixture has been pushed back a day due to ‘severe limitations’.
With the Queen having passed away on Thursday evening, ‘police resources and organisational issues’ have taken a knock as a result and now Rangers must continue their Champions League adventure one day later than scheduled.
Here’s how Tam McManus reacted on Twitter to the delay:

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side will want to take on the Serie A outfit as soon as possible.
That’s because Rangers’ long-awaited return to Europe’s elite competition was soured by a 4-0 demolition away at Ajax earlier this week and the Scots will want to make amends for that showing sooner rather than later.
However, this is a Napoli side who have just hammered Liverpool 4-1 in Italy and anyone who can inflict that sort of damage on a team like the Reds, who contested the final of this competition a matter of months ago, are not to be taken lightly.
With the light Blues obviously not having played a game this weekend following Her Majesty’s passing, Van Bronckhorst’s side could potentially be that bit fresher than the Italians and although it isn’t much of an advantage, the hosts might need any upper hand that they can get.
