Jamie O’Hara is unhappy with Antonio Conte’s team selection for Tottenham Hotspur‘s visit of Liverpool this evening.
The Reds went to North London on the back of two successive Premier League defeats to Nottingham Forest and Leeds United.
There’s no doubt that Liverpool have looked wounded this season but instead of going for more blood, the Spurs manager took a more reserved approach.
The Tottenham boss lined up with Harry Kane as his only primary attacker in what was a very defence-minded starting lineup from the Italian manager.
And here’s how O’Hara reacted to seeing the teams on Twitter:

You have to say, Conte might be known as a tactician but he got this one all wrong.
Despite setting up defensively, Liverpool didn’t have much problem carving out problems for the Lilywhites.
Mohamed Salah opened the scoring, drilling home from inside the box after being left in an acre of space, before the Reds attacker capitalised on a defensive error from Eric Dier en route to clipping over Hugo Lloris.
Plenty of teams have demonstrated that Liverpool can be penetrated this season with courageous football but Conte didn’t seem open to that style and despite pulling one back through Harry Kane, it just wasn’t enough.
