The votes have been counted and verified on Jamie O’Hara’s Twitter poll about Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs slumped to a horrendous 2-0 defeat by Aston Villa in North London on New Year’s Day.

This came on the back of another poor display in drawing 2-2 away to Brentford seven days ago.

Tottenham missed the chance to move fourth in the Premier League standings by losing to Aston Villa and now Arsenal – their opponents in two weeks – are 13 points clear of them.

The way things are going, something will have to change at Spurs and O’Hara tried to gauge the perception of Conte on Twitter last night.

The former Lilywhites midfielder asked supporters of the North London outfit if they would rather continue with Conte or re-appoint Mauricio Pochettino, sacked by Daniel Levy back in 2019.

And 54 percent of fans voted for the 50-year-old to come back.

Pochettino is out of work after being sacked by Paris Saint-Germain seven months ago, despite winning Ligue 1.

Prior to Nuno Espirito Santo coming in 18 months ago, there was speculation about the Argentine boss returning to North London to replace Jose Mourinho, although nothing came of it.

The fact that he’s available is interesting indeed, but surely Tottenham will give Conte time to fix this problem.
