Jamie O’Hara has predicted on talkSPORT (8:24am, November 14, 2022) that Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United will finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.

The former Tottenham player believes the Spurs will find a way to end up in the UFA Champions League places in the league table this season.

O’Hara has also backed Newcastle to claim a place in the top four.

Newcastle are third in the Premier League table at the moment with 30 points from 15 matches.

Eddie Howe’s side are seven points behind leaders Arsenal and two points behind second-placed Manchester City, who have played 14 games each.

Meanwhile, Tottenham current find themselves fourth in the standings with 29 points from 15 games.

Exciting

In our view, both Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United could end up in the Premier League top four this season.

Spurs are not playing particularly well and are conceding far too many goals as well at the moment, but they are getting results.

And that is what matters at the end of the season.

Newcastle are defensively very strong and are quietly going on about their business.

Now, of course, Newcastle do not exactly have the squad depth and quality of players that the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United have, but Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) could well delve into the transfer market in January and sign two or three new players to enhance the Magpies’ chances of finishing in the UEFA Champions League places.
