Tony Khan has confirmed a new collaboration between the NFL and All Elite Wrestling, blending his roles with the Jacksonville Jaguars and AEW in a rare crossover partnership.
Tony Khan, who serves as both President of AEW and Chief Football Strategy Officer of the Jacksonville Jaguars, shared details of the partnership during an appearance at Super Bowl Radio Row.
The announcement marks the first official merchandise collaboration between AEW and the NFL.

Tony Khan unveils AEW and NFL partnership
Tony Khan revealed that AEW has partnered with the NFL to release lucha libre-style masks themed for all 32 NFL teams.
Each mask will feature branding from AEW, the NFL, and the individual franchise, creating a crossover product designed to appeal to wrestling and football fans alike.
The masks will be available through ShopAEW.com beginning on Thursday, April 23, which coincides with the opening night of the NFL Draft.
Khan described the collaboration as a long-term personal ambition, saying it was a partnership he had hoped to bring together for several years.
Jacksonville Jaguars connection adds context
The deal carries added significance given Khan’s dual involvement in professional wrestling and the NFL.
Khan works closely with the Jacksonville Jaguars, a team owned by his father Shahid Khan, while also overseeing AEW’s growth since launching the promotion in 2019.
He said the collaboration allows fans of every NFL team to connect with AEW through a unique form of merchandise tied to lucha libre culture.
While the partnership is limited to merchandise, it represents a rare crossover between the NFL and a professional wrestling promotion, made possible by Khan’s position across both worlds.
