Jamie O’Hara has questioned if Arsenal transfer target, Marcus Rashford, is better than Emile Smith Rowe, as he told talkSPORT.
The Radio pundit urged the versatile forward to ‘get out’ of Manchester United in the summer, but seemingly questioned whether a move to Arsenal would be right for the north London club.
Things have gone very wrong for Manchester United’s flyer this season and there are suggestions he could be heading for the Old Trafford exit door.
It doesn’t help that there is no manager in the Man United dugout, well a permanent one anyway, because if the club’s next boss wants to keep Rashford, then his whole situation will change for him in the summer.
Nonetheless, when O’Hara was told that Arsenal are plotting a transfer for the 24-year-old, he issued this response.
“Get him out of there,” said O’Hara. “Who plays on the left, Smith Rowe, isn’t it? Is he better than Smith Rowe?
“I think the manager situation at Manchester United. When that gets sorted in the summer, then I think a lot of things will change and you will see a lot of different attitudes from the players.
“At the moment, I feel a lot of them are in limbo. They don’t know if they are coming or going. Or what they are doing. They aren’t enjoying themselves.”

This is a pretty tricky one for someone like Mikel Arteta because if it came to handing Rashford regular game time or Gabriel Martinelli, then it’s obvious fans would push for the latter.
The talent, quality and performances from Rashford has been there, but it has to be questioned if his style of play suits this possession-based Arsenal team.
Just like Pierre-Emerick Aubameyng, the England star’s strengths are when he is without the ball, rather than controlling and dictating the tempo of the game with it.
That’s something Smith Rowe, who has played wide left and Martinelli can do, so this is probably one Arsenal should forget about.
