Leeds United head coach Jesse Marsch has told Leeds Live that Marc Roca has been incredible for his side so far this season.
Marsch made the comments about Roca following Leeds’s 3-0 win against Chelsea at Elland Road in the Premier League this past weekend.
The 25-year-old Spanish midfielder was an unsung hero for the West Yorkshire club in their convincing win over Thomas Tuchel’s side.
Roca joined Leeds from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window for £10 million (Sky Sports).
The Leeds no. 8 has made three appearances in the Premier League so far this season.

Marsch told Leeds Live about Roca: “You see Robin and Diego I think playing also as good as I think they’ve played in their careers, and then Rasmus Kristensen, all the new guys have come in and Marc Roca has been incredible. So we’ve made we’ve made good additions.”

Important player
In our opinion, Marc Roca is an important player for Leeds United and is going to be massive in the coming weeks and months.
That Bayern Munich signed him in the first place shows his quality and how highly he is rated in the footballing community.
Leeds have a better team with better players this season than they had in 2021-22.
We do not anticipate Leeds to be fighting for survival in the Premier League this season.
The West Yorkshire club are likely to be pushing for a top-10 finish in the league table this season.
