Arsenal have not told Granit Xhaka if they intend to sell him to AS Roma or not in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has told CaughtOffSide that AS Roma head coach Jose Mourinho wants to sign Xhaka in the summer transfer window.
Xhaka has not been told by Arsenal what the Gunners’ intentions are, and he plans to hold talks with the North London club at the end of the season, according to Romano.
Could Granit Xhaka leave Arsenal for AS Roma?
In our opinion, Arsenal should not sell Xhaka in the summer transfer window, unless they get a very good offer from Roma and can find a better replacement.

We know that last summer the £30 million Switzerland international midfielder (Sky Sports) was close to moving to Roma.
Xhaka has since been very good for Arsenal since the move collapsed and is now playing a key role in Mikel Arteta’s quest to finish in the Premier League top four.
The 29-year-old is at the top of his game now, and we think that Arsenal should not just let the Swiss midfielder leave on the cheap, especially if they finish in the Champions League places.
