Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min has taken to Instagram to give his reaction to the sacking of Jose Mourinho.

Spurs announced today that they have dismissed Mourinho as their head coach, with Ryan Mason taking temporary charge of the first team.

It came as a huge shock, as the EFL Cup final against Manchester City is just days away.

It is a big chance for Spurs to win a major trophy, and there is still a chance that the team could finish in the Premier League top four (although now that they have joined the European Super League, they have no reason to worry about finishing in the Champions League places as they will not play in the competition).

Spurs forward Son has taken to Instagram to send a heartfelt message to Mourinho, as shown below.

The South Korea International seems disappointed that Mourinho has been sacked and appears to be lost for words.

Son has been one of the few Spurs players this season who have played well.

According to WhoScored, the 28-year-old has scored 14 goals and provided nine assists in the Premier League, and scored three goals and gave one assist in the Europa League this season.
